Will Parker, a singer, songwriter and teacher, will perform once at the Derby Public Library's summer reading program series.

Parker will perform in the series with his Animal Maniac Tour show.

Playing guitar and harmonica, Parker’s whimsical and interactive shows open up a world of imagination while validating the human experience. Attendees should be prepared to dance and sing, and offer up suggestions for a song Parker will make up on-the-spot during the show.

Parker holds a master’s degree in teaching and a bachelor’s degree in theater from Trinity University. His music is for all ages.

Parker's performance is set for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13 in the library's community room.

All performances are family-friendly, free and open to the public. Children age 6 and under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible caregiver age 13 or older. No registration is necessary.
